“We downsized and moved into our new home 2 months ago.
After viewing the house in Spring of last year, we immediately decided it was for us. It was hard to visualise living in a smaller space at first and we wondered whether our furniture would fit.
The house has proved to be well planned. The rooms, garage, drive, and garden are bigger than we thought they were on inspection, and we had formal Christmas dinner and a family gathering for 10 with no problems. The house is very well insulated, we are warm, and the house has many extra features for example car charging point, alarm system, outside lights etc.
The plan of the house means that living on one level could be easily achieved if needed in the future.
We are delighted with the house and the support we have had before, during and since our move here.
