Keeper's Green Development
Keepers Green a perfect location for ‘birdie’ lovers.
Two new 3-bedroom semi-detached homes being built on the edge of the golf course in Silverdale offer a perfect location for lovers of birds and ‘birdies’, with the links on one side, and a nature reserve on the other.
Work has now started on site and the homes will be completed early in the New Year.
Keepers Green features just two homes, each with its own wraparound garden and 3 private parking spaces. Situated close to the village centre, the new homes are next to Silverdale Golf Club and opposite the Leighton Moss RSPB Nature Reserve which regularly hosts BBC’s Springwatch programme. They are also just a very short walk from the railway station with connections to Manchester and London.
The homes at Keepers Green have been thoughtfully designed to maximise living space and offer low running costs with high levels of insulation, efficient heating and other energy saving measures such as air source heat pumps and LED lighting.
Features include fully fitted kitchen with adjacent dining area and patio doors into the rear garden, separate lounge with bay window, a ground floor cloakroom and en-suite shower to the master bedroom.
Externally, the character of the local area is reflected in the limestone and render-finished walls and slate roof, and care has been taken to retain mature trees bordering the gardens.
